How it works

Most partners can be live within about a month of signing, provided documents arrive promptly. Documents are usually the slowest step.

Go liveYour profile appears with its verification badge, and you begin receiving qualified enquiries. A named contact reviews progress with you at 30 days.

How we verify

Patients rely on our recommendations, so a badge only appears after we have checked the evidence ourselves. We re-check each partner every year and after any complaint.

Verified: We have confirmed your identity, licence and core documents at source.
Accredited: Verified, plus a third-party accreditation confirmed on the accreditor's own registry. This applies to clinical providers.
WorldTreatments.com Reviewed: Verified, plus a completed quality review such as a site visit, a test enquiry or a review of patient feedback.

How we are paid, and what we do not sell

There is no fee to list. We apply a simple platform fee only when a patient matched to you completes treatment or a booking, as set out in your partner agreement before you commit to anything.

Ranking and matching are not for sale. We do not offer paid placement, and how much a partner pays, or who introduced them, has no effect on participation. Our value to patients depends on that.

Introduce providers and be rewarded

If you know hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, hotels, transport operators or travel services that would suit our patients, you can become a channel partner. You introduce suppliers we have not already met and help them through onboarding. We pay for successful introductions under an agreed arrangement, which may be a one-time payment, an ongoing amount or percentage, or a combination.

Channel partners are paid for introducing suppliers, never for sending patients. Introduced suppliers go through the same verification as everyone else, and you will not be asked to negotiate terms or collect fees on our behalf.
